Pico de Gallo


  • 1 large tomato on the vine, washed and diced

  • 1 jalapeño, washed and finely diced

  • 1 white onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

1. Add the diced tomatoes to your bowl with the finely diced jalapeno. If you are not a huge fan of the heat, you can discard the seeds.

2. Add the diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice and salt.

3. Stir all to combine. Add any extra lime or salt to taste!


Tip: smash a ripe avocado, add in some of this Pico and you have yourself some guacamole!
