Fruit Salsa


  • 2 large avocados, peeled and diced

  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced

  • 2 cups diced strawberries

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Start by dicing up the mangos, avocados and strawberries and toss into a medium/large bowl.

  2. Add the chopped cilantro and salt, and then juice the 2 limes directly into the bowl.

  3. Stir all to combine and evenly coat all the fruits and veggies.

  4. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or even cinnamon sugar tortilla chips would be super tasty!

This fruit salsa is a fun spin to the original tomato salsa and perfect for summer parties, picnics or just a fun side dish to your Taco Tuesday! I served this up with pita chips and tortilla chips but I'm going to try frying up my own cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for next time!
